So we made it home from the vacation, in time to clean out the car, then head out to the VA fireworks. As we were driving into the college, we saw the Smith family. The girls had missed their friends all week so it was cool to get to watch the fireworks with them. All six girls in their own spots: Raigan and Hannah on top of the Smith car, Kerrigan and Rachel on top of our van, and Jaidan and Olivia on a blanket only after convincing them that they could not sit on the hood of the car (pointing away from the fireworks). It was a great show and very long! Several times we thought it was over, to only realize that it was still going. To see more of the firework pics, click here
