Today was the beginning of our basketball season. The day started with Kerrigan's team at 8am. They have some special rules for younger kids including: 8ft rims, can only play defense around the three point area. In the first quarter Kerrigan received the ball from a pass at the freethrow line, turn to the goal, shot and went straight through the net! By the time that the game ended, she had added four more points. Her game total was six points, which is six more points than what she scored last season!

Raigan played her first game today too. Her team pulled out a close game in the final minute of the game to win 12-9. Raigan played passes that created scoring opportunities for the team. This week she rolled her ankle in PE, so she was limited but played through it and her mom's tape job.
