We had at least four inches of snow drop on us last night! Saturday and Sunday it was near 80', before storms rolled in Sunday night bringing rain that turned into snow yesterday.  Kristi was supposed to be at a track meet but it was canceled. So we came home and got in our pajama's, got some hot chocolate and watched a movie together. As we were getting up to go to bed Raigan said, "Well, I guess the weather man was wrong again." She had not looked out side for over two hours, but because she did not 'hear' the snow falling, she assumed that it had stopped snowing. They were quite shocked when I opened the door and there was at least two inches of snow!

So today school started late, but even later for the Servati's. I will always remember that my dad, did not make us go to school on snow days, it did not matter what the school was doing. I will always remember those times, just being a kid. We will only have one chance this year to play in the snow, and it was this morning because it is supposed to be 60' and sunny today! We had a great time of playing in the snow together, making snow angels, building snowmen and sledding. It is a tradition on a snow day to sledding down "Godwin Hill". The girls had a great time sledding, especially Jaidan after a time or two with the sisters, she was off on her own. This was also Kailan's first snow!
