Jaidan fell this morning on as she was running into her school. This normally would not have made a blog entry, if not for how it happened. As we were exiting the truck, she would not let me hold her hand she had to do it herself. This took a little more time as she sat down and inched her way down the big step for a little girl. I made the following statement, "you know that there are times that you can let your daddy help you, that is why I am here." By now she was up and running down the sidewalk as she made her reply to my statement. She said "but daddy I can do it by myself." She turned her head as she was finishing the statement, which caused her to trip while running and to come crashing down in agony.

There is a lesson to be learned from this story!
