David Beckham has made the move to America. His jersey in the last month outsold every other team sport jersey (nba, nfl, and mlb) that is the first time that soccer jersey has done that. But he has taken much grief in the last few days about not playing due to injury. Last night he started the game against DC United. I was very interested in seeing how he was going to do. I had to watch the game locally on the spanish station! 

He is famous for his free kick's,  "bend it like beckham" and he did not disappoint last night. He fooled the wall of defenders and the goalie by going on the left of the wall instead of the right. It was truly amazing to watch.
