I like to take my daughter's to sporting events. But, I especially like them to see girls competing at high levels of sport. We try to go to a WNBA game during the summer, and are looking forward to the US Women's Soccer team game in May.

But this week Dallas was the host to the NCAA Women's Basketball regionals. So Raigan, Jessica, Will McGinnis and I headed to the game. We had a great time! We saw a very good contest between North Carolina and Purdue, with the Tar Heels winning. We sat right behing the Carolina bench and then the first rows behind the Carolina parent section. That added a cool touch to the game.

I noticed a person who I thought looked familar sitting and watching the game by himself. Then I made the connection, it was a current Dallas Cowboy, and alumni of North Carolina, Greg Ellis. So here are the girls with him. I really dont know why they were so excited to take a picture with a guy they have never heard of or would ever recognize, but they were.
